Proposition 11 -- Part One
After a year of gridlock in Sacramento, polls show voters are angry with their elected representatives. That's why supporters of Prop. 11 think this may finally be the year for reforming the redistricting process. We examine the sales pitch for the initiative -- and why some say it might not pay off.

Proposition 11 -- Part Two
As Election Day nears, candidates are crisscrossing their districts for support. The process of reconfiguring those political districts will be very different if Prop. 11 is approved. We continue our look at Prop. 11 and its promise to make the drawing of political districts more fair.
