2004 Primary Election geography and conversion files.

Notes:

In addition to 2004 primary election data, the first column in the below table also contains SOV data from the 2003 Recall Election by 2004 primary RR precinct geography. Files of this type for Del Norte, El Dorado, Humboldt, Kings, Modoc, Monterey, Nevada, Placer and Yolo county will not be available due to the lack of input data for registered voters who voted.

There are still some holes in the 2004 primary data files for more information please see the 2004 pirmary election metadata. Please note that poll voter data for Alpine
will never be available as it is an all absentee voter county and as such, there are no polling places.

Please note that counties with missing data have been ommitted from the statewide files.
